How close? Zeph's in Peekskill is very good. Monteverde on Route 6 is supposed to be good, but I haven't been there. Peter Pratts Inn in Yorktown is also very good. But I'm not sure that you'd consider it to be NYC quality (and if you're going to be put label on it, then you will likely complain about all of these).
