RE: Salone de Gusto (Slow Food)...

I'm contemplating attending the Salone Internazionale de Gusto in Torino, ITALY at the end of October (Slow Food event). I'm looking for any information from anyone who has attended past events. Thank you in advance....

If you're really into food - this is fun. Rows and rows of food and vendors. Like any big fairs (have you been to the Chelsea Flower Show?) it can get pretty crowded on the weekends.

Make local travel plans and dinner reservations now if you don't want to be disappointed. Torino itself is a great food town and especially tickles the chocolate and confection lovers.

Nearby regions offer the worlds very best food and wine. Really.

If you are adventurous and love good food, you will have fun.
