health conscious restaurant in Center City

I'll be meeting friends in Philadelphia this weekend and one of them wants to eat "healthy" (not deep fried or drowning in sauce, for example). A place with nutritional information broken down by food is the best, but barring that, does anyone have recommendations?

Think low calorie and/or low fat, and that will suffice. The type of food is (almost) irrelevant.

Thanks!

The cafe upstairs at DiBruno's has a number of very healthy choices but alas no calorie listings. I know Bonte has the calories listed on their website though!

You may want to post to General Topics to suggest particular types of food. For example, sushi is often a lighter, lower-fat meal.

Charles Plaza in Chinatown will make any dish steamed instead of fried, with sauce on the side.

Sorry, that's all I can think of right now. Thank you.
