Hey John,

I've been looking for a good butcher as well - so If you ever find one, post it here. I'll do the same.

I found this website in an article I was reading on grass-fed beef. http://www.eatwild.com/products/florida.html.

Apparently Florida has a few farmers who raise, then butcher their own meat. One guy, Lee Sly, is in Bradenton. I haven't looked into these guys yet, but thought I'd pass it on.
