Hayward Lunch

I just started a job at CSU Hayward and I've been having a helluva time finding good places for lunch. Ray's Sushi is a short ride downtown... perhaps the best sushi I've had in the Bay Area. But who can eat that every day?

I'm looking for places close to the university. Places that will deliver to the university... and especially, places that aren't gross. I found myself settling for lunch at a handful of places along Mission Blvd... a Taqueria, a pub... some of the food I was served was downright un-edible.

Cafe Vasiliki! Super burgers. Atmosphere is 1970s, but don't let that fool you. All the food is fresh. See a previous report:

Mmmm...Curry Corner. Fijian-Indian restaurant. Everything made on the spot, including the roti. Doesn't deliver, but most people do carryout.
