Restaurant Recommendation for Hoboken

I'm hoping you can help me select a restaurant for a group of six. My experience with Hoboken restaurants is pretty limited, so I offer up the following criteria: Our party ranges from vegetarian to an individual who is Mr"meat and potatoes" Is there a place in Hoboken where we can satisfy a range of tastes, with a low noise level so we can have a pleasant conversation, and enjoy some good food? thanks for all of the suggestions. We did end up going to Amanda's and I found the room, the service and food to be perfectly lovely. I had the beet salad w/ blue cheese, the short ribs, and we shared a bunch of desserts among the table, with the standout being the apple strudel. Thanks, Hounds!
