Fresh Bonita recipe?
My friend caught a Bonita today. I have the 2 filets, but the skin is still on the pieces. Help-how do I prepare the filets? I have an easy recipe using panko style breadcrumbs, but not sure about the skin? Any suggestions would be appreciated!
