Breakfast in Salt Lake City?

Flying into SLC and driving to Kaysville. Any recommendations for a hearty breakfast? My wife is running the Wasatch 100 and this will be her last chance for a big feed before the race.

eggs in the city. DELICIOUS. market street brunch is also very good. i have heard blue plate diner is a little expensive but great food, but i've never tried it myself.

sill's cafe up in the kaysville area is an awesome greasy spoon cheap tons of food place to eat breakfast! their scones are divine.

the Judge Cafe downtown as great house breakfasts with plenty of carbs and breakfast protein. If you can drive to the Avenues neighborhood, the Avenues Bistro (500 East & South Temple) has great breakfast options, too.
