i saw a recipe in the New York Times last week for a asian-esque corn soup, with lemongrass and chilis. anyone have recipes along these lines?

6 cloves garlic chopped
1 c chopped onion
1/2-1 c red peppr- fine chopped
2 Tbls uns butter
4 c fresh corn kernals (5 ear of corn)3 c chickn broth
1 jalepeno minced
1 c cream
1 c milk
Roast the garlic in a pc of foil for 10 min.@375. In the soup pot saute onion and pepp in buttr till soft. Add garlic broth and jalapeno. Bring to boil, then simmer lo for 10 mins. Stir in crm and milk, simmer 2 mins. Don't boil.
