Dining in Bali

Visiting Bali Mid October and staying in the hills outside of Ubud. Any suggestions for an authentic local dining experience?

Go to the Sacred Mountain Sanctuary if you can. Also, it's pretty far, but Kedai in Candidasa was spectacular. That meal, and spending the night at the Water Garden there, was well worth the trip out there.
