Best Table Bread Service...

Looking for the best table bread service in Chicago. Hugo's,Myron & Phil's, and Bistro 110 come to mind, but curious if there are others...

    Charlie Trotters has the best bread I have ever had.

    Love the black bread with raisins at gibsons.
