Comments on recipes?

I'm not sure if this will be addressed or not...

but I just saw that recipe for the cuban dish with rice, beans and platains. Sounds really good. I like all 3 of those, and I LOVE cuban food. I noticed the "thumbs up" and "thumbs down" icons below, but it'd be nice to actually post comments below (there weren't any I could see) and hear what people did differently or how it came out.

Like perhaps instead of making the beans from scratch you could pick up a can of black beans for the same effect.

    Many of the recipes caught my eye. In future, I would love to see the nutritional analysis of the recipes, as well as a categorization scheme so we could search for types — not just pastas vs. soups, but also low calorie, low carb, etc.

      I love this site! The cured salmon recipe sounds great, but I'd like to be able to add it to the 'my chow' section so I can refer to it later when I'm having guests over. Epicurious does something similar and I use it all the time.
