manicotti pasta crepes - store bought?

Just came across a recipe that calls for store bought manicotti pasta crepes. I've never seen them. Where should I look for them? Could I just use flat fresh pasta sheets that I see in Italian delis that are used for lasagna?

My Kroger stocks crepes in the fruit section. You might check what ever grocery you shop at for them. I have never found making crepes difficult. Use a non-stick pan and get that batter really thin.

I just make crepes, they're easy and fast and freeze pretty well. I put foil over a cardboard cake circle and foil the whole stack.

You could use pasta sheets, but the flavor and texture would be different. As long as you like it, that's what matters. Try both and see which is your favorite.
