Planning on going tonight...which location is better? Any suggested dishes?

      I have never seen the West Village one. Could you tell me where it's located? It's not Mercadito Grove is it? I thought that place was awful.

        I LOVE the tacos al pastor. I've only been to the West Village one. I think the margaritas (the special ones) are quite tasty as well.

          Strangely enough, I've been to both locations withi nthe last three days. I think the service is warmer and more professional at the West Side location, but the East Side branch has a few more dishes not offered at its sibling.

            I prefer the East Village location, though can't really put my finger on why...just feels cozier, I guess.

            I second the guac, it's tasty and I think the pineapple version is my favorite.

            As for tacos, I'm not a big meat eater, so can't speak to that, but all of the fish & seafood tacos are very good.

              Depends on how many people you go with. With three other people, I've ordered the 3-guac, 3-ceviche specials and been done with it.

              The menu's not so complicated that you need much guidance. It's all about avoiding the stuff you DON'T like.
