Has anyone tried Ban Le on San Pablo in El Cerrito?

Hey,

Many have and I do on a regular basis. Careful, it can get quite crowded when EC High has let out for lunch.

This post gave me the urge to go git some Pho Ga and I have to say, this one today is quite tasty. There's a higher fat content in the broth, nice.

Perfect for a quick and inexpensive lunch when in the area.

so the pho is ok at Ba Le? i'm there about once a week for the sandwiches, but will try the pho next time is there are any seats.

Here's a link to a search for Ba Le Vietnamese Sandwiches. It's generally well thought of - maybe not quite as good as the best in SF but I'm glad to have it in the neighborhood.
