3 days in Seattle
We'll be spending 3 days in Seattle. What are some must-eats?
hi sue .. try the bar at union for food, palace kitchen late at night, sea garden in the international district (dungeness crab with black bean sauce, salt & pepper prawns, sauteed pea vines, singapore noodles) lunch.. monsoon for weekend dim sum (great pho bac made with oxtail broth & kobe beef) boat street cafe for dinner or lunch ..
Sue, Olive's list is quite good. I would add the upstairs bar at Maximillien's At The Market for their incredible mussels.
Matt's at the Market for lunch. (Get there early.) For a fine dining meal, Harvest Vine. (You will need reservations and its not expensive by East Coast standards.) Dinner at 94 Stewart Street is also on the short list. Enjoy your stay and let us know what you liked!
Scroll down and read some of the recent Seattle posts. Ssuse posted a very good, comprehensive list of some must eats in Seattle in one of them. FYI, you would get more/better help if you read past threads to get some ideas and then had specific questions or gave us some specifics (price, type, location) etc. We get so many of these vague queries that a lot of posters don't even bother to reply anymore.
