Mexican breakfast in S. Florida

I'm specifically looking for a place that serves huevos motulenos--corn tortillas topped with fried eggs, peas, ham, plantains, queso fresco, and a tomato-based sauce. Other good places for Mexican breakfast food would be appreciated, but it's really this dish that I'm after. I live in Hollywood, but am willing to travel for it.

You may want to check out Taco Max on Biscayne Boulevard at NE 79th Street in Miami. I'm pretty sure they do breakfast although I'm not sure they do this particular item. They do make excellent, seemingly pretty authentic tacos and burritos with some interesting items (pork rinds, chorizo, sweetbreads ...) The cochinitia pibil is outstanding.

This place got a devastatingly bad review from New Times, which must have visited on an off night. We get take-out from there every couple weeks and have always been happy.

Advance notice - this is a somewhat dicey neighborhood, so be aware.
