Fun little BBQ side- Grilled Cherries
After being inspired by dinner at The Liberty Cafe (Bernal Heights, SF), I decided to take pork chops to a BBQ on Sunday. Brined them in apple juice, soy sauce, salt, garlic and ginger and put some cherries (pit-in) on a skewer and grilled those up as well with a little chili oil on them. The grilled cherries were the talk of the party. Definitely something I will be doing again!
