I get a hankering for these yummy seafood pancakes every now and again. Which place is best in K town?
The best Korean restaurant I know in NYC is Cho dang gol. Obviously the tofu is the main thing (fantastic biji!) but they also do a fine haemul pajjun.
han bat on 35th street has a wonderfully crispy, chewy yet pretty greaseless one...best version imo.
My survey of K-town's pa juns isn't comprehensive, but I like it at Kang Suh.
