Tenerella with white truffles at Say Cheese

Yesterday afternoon, Say Cheese (856 Cole St.) had Tenerella al Tartufo Bianco $15...shelf date to Sept. 9...it's another burrata - mozzarella/ricotta in a lighter style than the creamy Gioia Cheese Co. burrata at Cowgirl in the the Ferry Bldg.—and, with that touch of white truffles, it's not just creamy, it's the fragrance that captivates.

It's probably a good thing that I don't live close to Say Cheese because if I did I would be eating a big bunch of this cheese right now :-)
