I was happy to discover their storewide sale yesterday, got a Shun santoku 40% off. Everything is on sale for the month of September, and although I haven't compared lately, their prices always seemed a little lower than Sur la Table to begin with. I will be back for more.

I'll second the reccomendation for City Kitchens. Great staff and their prices, especially on the more expensive cookware and knives are very often lower than any of the on-line shops.

You won't find Le Creuset cheaper anywhere.

I have shopped at City Kitchens since it opened. Their prices (even without their yearly sale) are always lower than Sur La Table. City Kitchens is an independent, locally owned, retailer. It is the best place to buy really good kitchen stuff. I am in no way connected with City Kitchens, just a customer.
