copying recipes

berna Sep 1, 2006 04:55 PM

I logged on for the first time today and am really enjoying the site. I've seen several recipes I would like to try but it appears that I will have to print the entire page. Can this be solved? Anyway, keep up the great work!

      Try this:
      Drop and drag
      Save as text file

I save all my recipes that way.

Make a folder called RECIPES SEPT 2006 for your Desktop. Drag all your recipes into the file. Organize any way you like.

When you want to use your recipe, print it out from the Text File.

Hope this helps. It works for me.

I'd like the recipes to be MasterCook friendly!

If that is an issue, you can cut and paste into a Word doc and then choose whatever font size you like.

Actually, it prints larger than it looks.

Until they come up with a print view page selection, you can highlight the recipe, then go to File, Print, - then check "selection" on page range.
