L'Atelier is a much more casual and informal affair than Fleur de Lys; you are at a counter, and interact with the staff that way. It's lively and fun, but FdeL is much more typical fine dining with excellent service. Atelier is also right adjacent to the casino; FdeL is set off. The food at both was interesting and generally terrific; they both let you construct your own meal out of lots of smaller courses. Just depends what you are in the mood for....
