Brunch on or around Newbury Street on Saturday?

Posenose Aug 31, 2006 06:47 PM

Does anyone else feel like brunch options in this town are totally lacking? Esp. on Saturdays? I'm meeting friends for brunch this Sat. on or around Newbury Street at 11:30. Besides Sonsie, any ideas?

Well, Stephanie's may seem obvious, but they do brunch up pretty well.

I think Stephanie's only does an actual brunch on Sundays but lunch on Saturdays.

I almost hate to mention this, but doesn't the cafe next to Armani do brunch?

skip stephanies its not worth it, abe and louis is your best bet or go to the south end to Aquitaine

i agree. aquitane is so super- grab a cab for a few dollars and have a wonderful time instead of an o.k. one.

Abe & Louie's is great! I had such wonderful eggs benedict.

Also, for a cheapo but good breakfast, Steve's on Newbury & Hereford is good as is the Trident Cafe.

Another slumming-but-big-and-cheap breakfast can be had at The Pour House. It's especially good after a night of drinking.
