caja china roast pig for 60--how much beans?
I'm roasting a 75lb pig in my Caja China this weekend, hoping to generously feed approximately 60 people.
I'm also going to make the traditional accompaniment of black beans and rice and I'm not sure how much I should make. Any suggestions?
There will also be some grilled chicken served (for the sqeamish), and a couple of different salads and slaws.
