opinions/experiences at Thai Original BBQ?

I stumbled across the name of Thai Original BBQ when I was looking up some info in Thai Nakorn in Garden Grove.

I noticed that Thai Original BBQ has 3 locations in OC, in Anaheim, Fullerton, and Cerritos. There are a few locations scattered across LA also.

Has anyone tried any of the locations for this place yet? I'm hoping it might be an OC equivalent to a place like Thai N I in the valley, but that might be too hopeful, given that no one has really mentioned this place before.

Any opinions are appreciated, especially about the OC locations.

Thanks in advance.

I've been to the Cerritos location as well as the Chino Hills.

They're good enough to satisfy me when I'm in the neighborhood, but IMHO it's not to the level of Thai Nakorn in O.C.

I like Thai BBQ's Thai Fried Rice. Their BBQ Chicken is also finger lickin' good.

I've eaten at some of them, from time to time, at various locations, including one on Western, east side of street, in L.A.; one in Glendale, (on Glendale Ave., IIRC) and the one in what was obviously once a Taco Bell building on Hollywood Bl., next to the Sizzler, and across from the old Palms Thai location. I thought that they were all competent, if not particularly memorable.

i've been to a couple locations, in glendale and koreatown. both locations were packed with thai people if that means anything. i find it very tasty but a little bit heavier than other thai restaurants i've frequented.

I've been to the location in Fullerton. It's good and reliable; though I base my opinion in part by comparison to Thai Rama, whose pad see ew I prefer to TO BBQ. Thai Rama's noodles seem to have a bit more depth of flavour than TO BBQ. Haven't been to Thai Nakorn since they changed locations, so I can't base my opinion on that comparison.

Across the street from Thai Rama, we have Thai Basil, a newish restaurant. So locally, out of the three, my preference is for Thai Rama.
