Looking for a moderately priced, casual, strictly kosher (Orthodox hashgacha) eatery in midtown that has menu options for a vegetarian. The restaurant does not need to be strictly vegetarian. Thank you.
Where in midtown?
Preferably near Penn Station or Times Square, but flexible.
My Most Favorite Dessert is an old standby, but I'm not a fan. Diamond Dairy in the diamond district is probably the best bet.
I suggest Circa, just two block from Penn Station, they have everything including "make your own" salads. They are at 22 West 33rd Street.
Jerusalem II Pizza on 38th and Broadway has vegetarian options.
Cafe K on East 48th, just east of 5th Avenue.
