Chasers Fresh Juice in Mimico

Wow! I discovered Chasers on Lakeshore (across from the Red and White grocery store, on the side street), and it offers a huge range of truly fresh juices and even popsicles. I created a papaya-pineapple-mango-guava juice (medium 16 oz size cost $3.50) and chatted with the owner, Richard. He supplies wholesale fresh juices and mixes (such as mojito mix) to many of the local upscale restaurants like Blowfish, Doku 15, etc. At least I now know where to find my long-sought-after fresh fruit martinis! You can custom order any mix from your imagination to take home for about $8 a litre - for instance, rosemary mojito, carrot caesar, or basil lemonade. In the winter, he plans to offer hot juices using a cappuccino maker.

  1. Just enjoyed a lychee-strawberry-passion juice (12 oz for $2.75) and noticed they offer lychee-cactus pear juice by the litre, along with some other novel flavour combos for the holiday season.
