Pacific - Mount Kisco (short review)

Pacific used to be our go to Chinese restaurant in Westchester. The service was good and the food was as traditional as we could get. A bit expensive, but at the time worth it.
Then the service went downhill. And we stopped going. And when Central Seafood and Aberdeen opened, there was no reason to go back.
Fast forward 3 years later and we were in the area to meet a friend. So, we decided to try it again.
We had the pan-fried wontons in garlic sauce. My favorite appetizer and still good, but for almost $1/wonton, too pricey. We had the Young Chow Won Ton Soup, a craving from my youth of American Chinese food, had lots of stuff in it (roast pork, chicken, shrimp, veggies, and fried wonton), but was VERY overpriced. For an entree we got a special that is normally done with Lobster (sorry the name escapes me), but they were out an asked if we wanted them to substitute shrimp, which we agreed to. It was too salty and only 5 shrimp in the dish. We also got the tea steak, which always was a standout there and continues to be one. And lastly we got an E-fu noodle dish. They're noodles were also always good, but this time they were not the nice firm texture of the past.
All in all, for 3 of us after tax and tip it was close to $100. Way too expensive for what we got, and nowhere near the quality of Aberdeen or Central Seafood.
