Vegetarian in Vancouver

This is my first post, and it's exciting to have discovered you guys!! Anyone have suggestions about a good vegetarian restaurant anywhere between Port Coquitlam and Vancouver? My daughter's 40th is coming up and I want to treat her (poor misguided vegetarian soul ...)

Your best bet is probably to contact a Big Name place and ask for a specific vegetarian feast-they'd be Happy to oblige I'm sure.
