    Thank you all for your suggestions. I live in Brooklyn and purchased Organic pastry flour from the Brooklyn Fairway.

      you can also order it from www.kingarthurflour.com

      Again, not sure where you live, but the Associated on 5th ave between President and Union in Brooklyn has the Swan brand...
