We have moved to Paris for a year and are looking for cooking schools here. Wondering if anyone has attended any good ones here?

Thanks.

I attended Le Cordon Bleu in Paris for their Cuisine Diplome programs from August last year until May of this year. It was a good experience overall, but it depends on what you're looking for in a cooking school.

I believe the department store Le Printemps runs classes with well know chefs. Paule has a wonderful class and there are many more. If you google you'll get a whole bunch--some are very pricy-- and then you can ask about ones that interst you.

There's a small, laid back school called ArĂ´mes et Saveurs in the 14th. It's a non-profit organization run by professional chefs. They focus on seasonal cuisine you can make at home, it's not very expensive.

        check their website: http://www.saveurs-aromes.com/content...

        good luck and have fun

I agree with an earlier post as to the type of program that you want.

Nevertheless, my wife had attended Le Cordon Bleu.
Another one that she considered then was the Ritz Escoffier.
