Recipes and comments

I was browsing the recipes and was completely compelled to click on the little red text identifying the category of each recipe, expecting to be taken to a category page, but I wasn't. Either they should go to a category page (that'd be awesome) or somehow be less visible and linkish (that'd be less awesome).

Also, I wanted to comment on a recipe but couldn't - I had to vote first and then add a comment. I think some people will want to comment or answer questions that people might ask in their comments without actually having tried the specific recipe right in front of them. Forcing them to vote first seems like it'll skew your voting data.

I don't like that all the paragraph breaks were stripped out of my comment when I posted it.

Also, it'd be nice to have an edit button, a la chowhound.
