Green tomatoes - recipe ideas

Looking for ideas for green tomatoes other than fried green tomatoes or tomato relish/jam. Any suggestions?

I have heard about a green tomato pie. If you google it tons of recipes come up. Sounds interesting. I would try it if I had the tomatoes.

Green tomato pasta sauce! Chunk up the maters, seeds, peels, and all. Chop or slice enough garlic to flavor, saute garlic, red pepper, add tomatoes, let it cook down until saucelike. Cook pasta, add to tomato sauce and finish with pasta water.

We like either Romano or Parmesan as a final topping, with Romano winning, if we have it. And, a final blessing of EVO.

I've always thought this one from Southern Living looked interesting, but have yet to try it. (ignore the review- the person never made it, they're just complaining!)
