Another great small sit-in or take-out chinese restaurant is Kam Pei in Stamford (bottom of High Ridge Road). They also serve Japanese which is equally as good. The waitstaff is very friendly and professional. It is EXTREMELY popular so you may have to wait for a seat to open during peak times.

The best is Ching's Table in New Canaan. Another good one is Village Gourmet in the Cranbury section of Norwalk, though it is very small. A good takeout place is Li Brothers in Broad River (Norwalk).

Ching's has excellent food but do not expect a leisurely dinner. They move food very wuickly through the kitchen and you can expect a one hour soup to dessert timeline. Trick for dining more leisurely is to order apps. only at the beginning. Then when you are finished with them, order your entrees.
