Best French Cider selection?

Does anyone know where in LA I can find Duponte Cider? I just got a rec. for it on the beer board.

More generally, what places have a good selection of French apple cider? I'm looking for stuff that's more beery than fruity, but with an aftertaste of apple.

Ephemere was another one I was recommended, but I haven't been able to find it in West LA.

Lindemann's Pomme is dreadfully candylike, as is Beloit.

i saw eric bordelet cider for sell at silverlake wine shop a few weeks ago, i think it was the brut and the doux. i cant quite recall, but that might be a good spot to look. silverlake wine is on glendale street.

lou's wine bar also was serving it for awhile, but i think they took it off the menu, or only sell it by the bottle only. i would call in advance if you are thinking about going there too.

Mmmm ... maybe Cap'n Cork Jr. Market in Los Feliz (on Hillhurst)? I seem to remember them having a selection of odd dry ciders last time I looked.

The Dupont organic Cider and Ephemere are both sold at the new wine shop BottleRock in Culver City, as well as Poire cider.

Du Vin generally has a good selection, including Duponte if memory serves.

I think Galco has a few but I am not sure which ones they have or if they still carry them.
