Opinions- Best creole mustard?

Of the various brands, what's your favorite creole mustard? Why?

Maison Louisianne Creole Mustard is the only one I use. I've used it for 14 years, and can't live without it. I can only find it online, however.

I'm a Rex fan too. Good flavor, better price than Brand Z.

I have always gone with "Mister Mustard". It's made in New Jersey (I know, I know) and can sometimes be hard to find, but it's spicier than most without the seeds...love the stuff.

Zatarain's, probably because I grew up with it and the famous Zatarain's seafood boil mix. Just like Tabasco; I have never bought any other hot sauce because my parents always used Tabasco.

Zatarain's rules, cooked down there for years and it was the only mustard anyone used.
