Opinions- Best creole mustard?

Of the various brands, what's your favorite creole mustard? Why?

        2. Zatarain's rules, cooked down there for years and it was the only mustard anyone used.

          1. I would never consider buying anything but Zatarain's.

              Just for the record, Z's is now owned by McCormick.

            2. Zatarain's, probably because I grew up with it and the famous Zatarain's seafood boil mix. Just like Tabasco; I have never bought any other hot sauce because my parents always used Tabasco.

              1. I have always gone with "Mister Mustard". It's made in New Jersey (I know, I know) and can sometimes be hard to find, but it's spicier than most without the the stuff.
