I have always gone with "Mister Mustard". It's made in New Jersey (I know, I know) and can sometimes be hard to find, but it's spicier than most without the seeds...love the stuff.
Zatarain's, probably because I grew up with it and the famous Zatarain's seafood boil mix. Just like Tabasco; I have never bought any other hot sauce because my parents always used Tabasco.
