Local Chowhound Meet and Greet
I'm not sure if anyone has ever suggested this before (or if this is something that we're allowed to suggest on here), but has anyone ever thought it would be fun to arrange a local (GTA?) Chowhound Meet and Greet? Imagine how much people would have in common (or the debates!).
People may prefer the anonymity though (?).

There are actually fairly regular Toronto chowhound meets, though I've never attended one myself. I can't recall who organizes them, but generally a message is posted here with a yahoo email address to respond to for interested parties. We aren't allowed to actually organize the meets on this board, but can post an announcement about a meet. Just keep an eye on the board for the next one.
