Where can I get really good, fresh pork buns? Manhattan or Brooklyn preferably.

Momofuko, 163 1st Ave Btwn 10th & 11th St, has unbelievable pork buns...the chicken buns are awesome too. Not sure if they're "chinese" but they're great all the same.

momofuku's pork buns are incredible, just a perfect food. But then, everything at momofuku is perfect. The pork buns can't technically be Chinese with Berkshire pork (plus, they might even have kim chi)--but they're the BEST.

I like the pork buns at the bakery on East Broadway in a bakery that is to the left of the library. There is aanother restaurant in Chatam Square that has dim sum behind the cahs register and theirs got onions. The bakery on the corner of baxter and walker street do a good job too. Also try the veggie pastry they got there. Oh and Pork Buns are Chinese Cantonese, best food in China.

Hop Sing on Division (around the corner from Mott St.) has the best buns.
