What are your favorite CHEAP Philadelphia BYOs?

I am in looking for some good and cheap Philadelphia BYOs. I certainly can appreciate the food at Matyson, the atmosphere at Django and all the other Philly darlings. but I am looking for more of a laid back place to chill with my hubby on a Friday night with a bottle of wine and to get out for under $40 with tax and tip.

I already know about:
Jamaican Jerk Hut
The afghani places in Old CIty
Tamarind
La Viola

Any other recommendations would be really appreciated.

Effie's- a Greek mom and pop place with a delightful courtyard. 11th and Pine.

Maybe Sazon on Spring Garden. It's very laid back and they will not kick you out if you hang around a while.
