prime rib recs in/near long beach

we want prime rib tonight... i love lawry's, love five crown, may drive to one of them... but would love to try some place new with prime rib comparable if not better... any recommendations? i would prefer somewhere near long beach, but am willing to drive up to BH/LA (not the valley) and down to irvine/newport beach area also.

Superb prime rib is offered regularly at Lasher's in Belmont Heights, but you need to check to see if they have it tonight. Another option is Shenandoah at the Arbor in Los Alamitos (a short hop east, a bit north of Katella on Los Al Blvd.).

Probably too late, but the only places I know of in LB for prime rib are The Madison on Pine (beautiful room, overpriced, dicey service, average food) and the Queen Mary's brunch (you should try this at least once).
