Lo Mein sauce?
the easiest thing to utilize all you have is to simply add them all together and perhaps some sugar. You can use lime juice in place of rice vinegar if you prefer, you can add miced garlic, minced ginger, some hot oil, scallion, sesame oil (very potent, go easy), cucumber, green bean sprouts, diced or shredded cooked chicken breast, Szechwan ground pepper ( very distinct flavor, try first before you add). To thin the sauce add some chicken broth or just warm water. Don't worry about it if you don't have all the ingredients, it will taste just fine.
