Follow up to yesterdays “Pre-Theatre Fine Dining”

I emailed my buddy and told him it will be difficult to find something truly special for his 25th anniversary given the neighborhood constraint (pre-theatre) and the early seating.

He responded by saying that he would do the “big” dinner a different night, so neighborhood and early seating are no longer a factor.

The first thing that came to mind is March, but as I said yesterday, I’ve never eaten someplace that requires a jacket :)

So what would be on your list for a $300-$400 special anniversary meal of “Italian, seafood or steak but nothing too ethnic?”

Thanks again.

Someone’s got to be able to help me out here. I’m a single guy w/o an expense account. I don’t do 4 star places. I eat at places like Pearl Oyster Bar, Molly’s, Supper and Viand Diner.

Anyone care to make some suggestions for my friends 25th?

      TIA.
