Anyone offer BLACK canned coffee?

ipsedixit Aug 21, 2006 11:43 PM

No sugar, no cream and for goodness sake, no cappacino or frappacino thing-a-ma-jig.

Just straight black coffee in a can.

Anyone?

Thanks.

There are three types that I can think of that are sold in the US [Los Angeles]. They are Japanese brands found at Mitsuwa, Nijiya, Marukai, etc - but they are not all canned:

    - Suntory Boss Black [small can]

    - Blendy Bottled Coffee [there are two black versions, w/ sugar and without - large plastic bottle]

    - Key Coffee [also two versions, large cardboard bottle].

      Thanks for the heads-up.

Now that I think about it, I think I've seen similar products at Famima in Pasadena ...

Bought down at the nice Japanese store on Broome just off of West Broadway in Manhattan, in the small can, Drink it Black, by UCC. Pretty decent, if only average in strength.
