raw foodists: need your help - i have too much cashew cheese
i made raw cashew cheese from ann gentry's book, "the real food daily cookbook," for a brunch i had yesterday and i have a lot left over (it was good, i just think i served too many dishes!). i'm looking for suggestions on how to use it up. i was thinking i could use it as ravioli filling or sandwich spread, but we are sort of a non-starch household. any ideas?
