Seitan in Toronto?

Does anyone know where I can purchase Seitan in the GTA....location is not an issue. Thanks

It's also at the Commensal although it's in a buffet. Ideal for take-out though because they weigh what you take (it's not all-you-can-eat) and have take-out containers that you can put it right into.

I've never had seitan before and am not a vegetarian so I can't offer a comparison but I had it with an orange sauce (sweet and sour?) and it was one of the better items of the buffet.

Kensington Market. I can't remember the name of the store but it's on Kensington at the intersection of St. Andrew. I think the store name is Essence of Life.
