Butchers or Markets - Prime Steaks in Las Vegas?

I just moved to Vegas from LA and I really miss How's Markets Prime steak specials. There is a Vons or Albertsons on every corner out here, but where can I go to pick up a nice Prime and/or Aged Ribeye in Vegas? I can't afford these $40-a-cut steakhouses much longer, so please help with recs where I can pick up quality chops to cook at home. Thanks!

I had a great steak from Whole Foods. It was a dry aged rib eye. Best steak I ever had.
You might also want to try Wild Oats or maybe Trader Joe's. I'm not sure where you live exactly, but I'm sure one of these will be quite near. Happy eating!

Checkout Larry's Great Western on Valley View at Alta next to the gas station.
