San Diego hound headed to Vegas for a few days. Where and what are the “can’t miss dishes” in this town? Thanks for your help.

One dish is tough but, if I had to choose ...

The combination dessert at Lotus of Siam w the wine
The egg at L'atelier de Joël Robuchon
The Croque Madame at Bouchon for breakfast

Mind you, I still would rather just say eat at
these places and order what you will ;o)

go to Jean Phillipe Patisserie in the Bellagio and drool over the chocolate fountain. they also have sweet and savory crepes made to order as well as a large selection of pastries and desserts.

Vosges Haute Chocolate in the Caesar's Forum Shops. Decandently wicked lemon verbena-lavendar hot white chocolate.

lobster special at Lotus of Siam
roti telur at Penang Malaysian Cuisine on Spring Mountain
carnitas tacos, Mariana's, Valley View and West Sahara
