Corsica: Recommendations in Bonafacio, Sartene and Calvi?

We will be in Corsica in late September and while some of our meals are planned, will be looking for recommendations in Bonafacio, Sartene and Calvi specifically.

It's a bit of a drive from Calvi, but the Augerge de Tesa is lovely. We stopped there for a meal and a night's stay on a whim a couple of years ago, and had a very memorable meal. It's excellent value - they only have a five course set no choice menu (although you get a choices for the main course). It's 38 Euros for the meal, including aperitifs, all the wine you want, digestifs and coffee. The rooms are also good value. It's location is idyllic - very rural and next to a stream with ducks, peacocks and willow trees.

It is inland from Lozari, which is just North of Ile Rousse - I'm not sure if that is too far for you, but it is worth the journey.

We'll be with a group most of the time, and so won't have a car unfortunately.
