Not fresh. Coney Island and City Island are the only places in the five boros to get it. I think the best is in the Jersey Shore or Cape Cod, personally.

There are several places along the Coney Island Boardwalk that have stretching machines in the windows. There's no guarantee that what they sell is what they've just made, but you could try.

Of course, they have the same in Atlantic City.
